Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays caused by the courier, customs or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Track your order:
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it.
International orders:
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Elevation cannot cover or reimburse customs duties or import charges.
